The biggest writers conference in the DC area! Every registrant will have the opportunity to “speed pitch” their fiction or nonfiction book to literary agents (up to 3 per registrant) —over 20 literary agents are expected to attend, travelling from New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles as well as the DC area for this conference. In addition, editors, including Ron Charles, Washington Post Book World fiction editor, and noted DC area authors: Susan Coll, Mary Kay Zuravleff, David Stewart, and dozens more. A luncheon, included in the registration, will feature legendary writer Judith Viorst, renowned for her Alexander series of children books including Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, as the keynote speaker.
