Description
An intimate experience limited to only 150 participants, interacting with top authors, agents, and editors. The focus will be on craft, the writing life, and how to get published. Presenting authors include Vanessa Diffenbaugh, (The Language of Flowers), Jill Landis ( 26 novels), Colson Whitehead ( Zone One, The Intuitionist), Laura Moriarty (The Chaperone), and Lynn Cox (Swimming to Antarctica and Elizabeth Queen of the Seas, winner of the School Library Journal Best Book 2014). Also, literary agents Elizabeth Kracht (Kimberly Cameron & Associates) and Julie Barer (Barer Literary), plus acquisitions editor Silessa Kinney of St. Martin’s Press. Opportunities for feedback on manuscripts and agent critique will be available.
