Description
The Houston chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators announces its 25th annual conference. Painting The Town Read will feature eight fantastic speakers including award winning author Gary Schmidt plus three agents, three editors and an art director. Also offers one-on-one manuscript critique sessions with speakers and local authors, portfolio critiques and showcase, book sales, signings and opportunities to network. A silent auction of many prizes will be offered, including the Art Auction of original art and decorative items.
