2017 Bethlehem Writers Roundtable SHORT STORY AWARD seeks tales of the paranormal.
Is your protagonist clairvoyant? Does a ghost get in her way? Does he have to deal with other worldly characters?
Enter your unpublished Paranormal short story (2000 words or fewer) for a chance to win cash and publication in the Bethlehem Writers Group’s next anthology, UNTETHERED: SWEET, FUNNY, AND STRANGE TALES OF THE PARANORMAL.
Our 2017 guest judge is New York Times bestseller Carrie Vaughn, best known for the Kitty Norville urban fantasy series about a werewolf who hosts a talk radio advice show for supernatural beings.
The Bethlehem Writers Roundtable Short Story Award is an annual writing competition sponsored by the Bethlehem Writers Group, LLC. Each year, we welcome stories of a particular genre to coincide with our upcoming anthology. For 2017, we seek Tales of the Paranormal. Our upcoming anthology is entitled UNTETHERED: SWEET, FUNNY, AND STRANGE TALES OF THE PARANORMAL.
All submission must be unpublished, original work. No erotica. No horror.
