Victors earn a trophy and a contract that carries a publisher’s advance plus a portion of book royalties. In addition, winners will be invited to attend an Award Presentation Gala at the contest's conclusion. Blazing Lantern will provide book editing, lay out, jacket design, cover art, marketing, promotional services, and a case of books to each winner.
Description
We seek complete, exceptional, unpublished (or self-published) novels by gifted Midwestern writers. Our ideal book length is 30,000 to 150,000 words. Longer works may be considered.
