Once upon a time in a far away land… This is how many fairy tales begin, these tales of long ago told by the fireside, full of magic, where animals can speak, forests hide enchanted palaces or the witch’s lair, where monsters are real and heroes can take on the features of the youngest of a sibling. Each country, each folklore has its own, a widely shared imaginary heritage.
For its 12th issue, Fantasy Art and Studies invites you to submit your best Fantasy retellings of fairy tales.
Your short story (max. 30,000 characters, spaces included), written in French or English, in .doc format, Times New Roman size 12, single-spaced, should be sent no later than 5 January 2022 to [email protected]
