Description
The International Write Fight was born out of the desire to encourage writers to challenge themselves in unique and creative ways. We hope to turn this into an annual summer competition, where each year’s challenge is entirely different! This year, we are doing “The ABC Challenge.” During the signup for this competition, you will select a group based on your preferred genre. However, there is also a catch. Each group also has a concept based on the group letter. This concept may be a theme or general object. You will then have to write based on your selected genre AND the letter concept.
In addition, 10% of the profit made from this event will go directly to Writespace, a Houston literary nonprofit that seeks to support writers and their works.
