Megaphone has received funding from Arts Council England to run a development scheme for writers from ethnic minority backgrounds who want to write for children. We’re offering SIX places on an online mentoring scheme, with 1-1 mentoring from authors Leila Rasheed, Danielle Jawando and Maisie Chan. We have increased the number of masterclasses we’re offering to ten, and Alex Wheatle, Dean Atta, Patrice Lawrence and Bali Rai are among the masterclass leaders.
