Your entry fee covers the cost of our experts who work very hard reading and evaluating all submissions. Current entry fee is payed on time of submission is $50 for one submission or $90 for a double submission. Early submissions before March 2019 $40 each. After payment a code and invite to drop box will be issues to you. Please use the code as your file name for uploading.

With the launch of our Novel Writing Bootcamp, and as a proud sponsor of National Novel Writing Month 2019, November is a huge time for Inkitt’s Short Story Writing Community. And we have some exciting news for you!
Upload your book to our November Short Story Writing Contest to be in with a chance of winning $2000 and having an editorial feedback session with Bryan Thomas Schmidt, award-winning editor of The Martian and the literary guru at the heart of Inkitt’s FREE Novel Writing Bootcamp.
Whether you’re following the advice of Bryan in our Bootcamp or participating in NaNoWriMo 2018, we encourage you to submit your novels chapter by chapter throughout November so that you can get feedback from your fellow writers and readers while you work. Our Short Story Writing Contest offers a fantastic community for you to connect with other authors and seek motivation during your writing journey.
