Description
Portable Story Series is an online storytelling platform that merges our love of audio with support for positive social causes that deserve greater visibility. With access to some of the best voice
talent out there, we’re bringing the public’s stories to life. To do
that, we hold a short story contest every four months. We work with a
narrator at CDM Sound Studios to record the winning story and
transform it into an audio production, which gets posted to our site
for download. When downloading the winning story, we ask that listeners contribute
to featured organizations. A few of our narrators include (but are not limited to): Kathleen Turner, Lena Dunham, Isabella Rossellini, Dylan Baker, and Dennis Boutsikaris
