Description
We invite you to create a very short story (350 words or less) based on the picture prompt on the contest page. Use your imagination, and see what stories you see in this picture, entitled “Scary”!
As you can tell from the title, this contest has a Halloween theme.
Our ongoing writing contests are open to all, including past winners. Read the 180+ stories that were shortlisted in the past contests, and get to know the winners from all over the world on our Winners List!
The judge for this contest will be YOU, the general public! Instead of our usual illustrious, highly qualified judges, our staff will choose the short list, then let all of our readers select the top three winners. We’re looking forward to seeing what stories all of you enjoy most!
