Two fellowship winners will each receive a two-week residency at the Writers’ Colony at Dairy Hollow in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We provide uninterrupted writing time, a European-style gourmet dinner served on weeknights, the camaraderie of other professional writers when you want it, and a community kitchen stocked with the basics. Residencies must be completed by December 31, 2022.
Description
This fellowship invites writers to explore the African American experience in any literary genre. Prior publication is not a requirement. The successful application will demonstrate insight, honesty, literary merit, and the likelihood of publication.
