Please submit all work to The Wax Paper using the Submittable link on our website’s Submissions page. We promise that your piece will be reviewed and decided upon within four months. Simultaneous submissions and previously published items are accepted.
Before sending in your submission, please read our manifesto and ensure that the content of your submission aligns with our mission.
The Wax Paper will contain two sheets printed quarterly on heavy (35lb.) newsprint in broadsheet format (22″ x 28″). We kindly ask First North American Serial Rights for 30 days after which all rights are returned. All printed items, in addition to full versions of excerpted text will be added, with permission, to our web-based archive at thewaxpaper.com. Whenever possible, we will work with the authors to record their contribution and make it available alongside its online version.
