Skill Levels
Membership is open to those interested in writing fiction or non-fiction prose. There are no restrictions on age, writing abilities, or local residence. The organization is educational in nature offering programs presented by published authors, writing prompts to improve writing speed and stimulate creativity, critiques of manuscripts in progress, and in general sharing the craft of writing good English prose.

The Deerfield Public Library is located at 920 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, IL. We are located on the North Shore of Chicago.
