With so many distractions in everyday life, it’s easy to lose track of your goals – both the big ones and the small ones. Challenge yourself to stay on track by setting a timer for 10 minutes. Sit down and start writing, putting all your words and thoughts down – no matter what they are, no matter if they make sense. Don’t stop writing for the entire 10 minutes. When the timer goes off, review what you have and see if you can use any of it. There may just be some brilliance in that stream of consciousness.
